Our Production Facility
Our production facility is in operation around the clock so your project team will always be available. Our facility is staffed with a number of intellectual property attorneys, artists, graphics designers and engineers. In addition, our ratio of quality control managers to designers is the highest in the industry. We have made a sizable investment in state-of-the-art technology to further optimize our production flow in order to constantly increase quality and reduce the time required to complete your project.
Our Technology
We have implemented a number of diverse and proven business processes and technologies that allow us to further enhance our customer service and support. As a Legal Advantage client, you will have secure and real time access to your project and team via our internally developed customer support web portal. Furthermore, each project will be assigned a Project Manager who will become your single point of contact. In addition, we offer a variety of additional means to further facilitate communications between our organizations. For example, you can communicate with us through our toll-free number, real-time web-based chats with their project managers and designers, as well as through emails.
Our Quality Control Assurances
In order to provide the highest quality in the industry, we have implemented a rigorous and comprehensive quality assurance program. Every one of your illustrations will go through at least three levels of proofing with a comprehensive 80-point quality checklist at each and every stage of our quality control process. Thus, your illustration will be reviewed by the designer, 3 quality control analysts, and a Project Manager (who is also an expert designer) before it released from our quality control and review process. If needed, we can augment your project’s staffing with our engineers to advise on technical drawings, as well as our own intellectual property attorneys. Furthermore, we also employ career graphic artists for design patents that require original conceptual rendering or trademark designing.
